Nacon and Cyanide Studio have shared a new \u201cBlood Bowl for Dummies\u201d trailer for\u00a0Blood Bowl 3<\/strong>, which will release on Nintendo Switch later this year.<\/p>\n

This turn-based strategy game is based on the Games Workshop board game and takes inspiration from American football. But, it is set in the Warhammer fantasy world in which elves, humans, orcs and other creatures use shoulder charges, kicks, punches and weapons in an effort to fight for the ball.<\/p>\n

You are their coach and must give them instructions, whether that be to hinder your opponent\u2019s progression in your tackle zone, knocking down opposing players or breaking through your competition\u2019s end zone to score a touchdown.<\/p>\n

The faithful adaptation will use the new edition rules, teams (including the new Black Orcs and Imperial Nobility), units and associated skills, in an experience that is promised to be \u201cfunnier, bloodier and more spectacular than ever.\u201d<\/p>\n

There will 12 races that each comes with their own arena and team of cheerleaders, a campaign mode, multiplayer modes and customisation options, with \u201cregular content updates\u201d to be made available after launch.<\/p>\n

Blood Bowl 3 will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide in 2022.<\/p>\n
