Spike Chunsoft\u00a0has shared a video message from author Akihito Tsukushi about the upcoming 3D action RPG\u00a0Made In Abyss: Binary Star Falling Into Darkness<\/strong>, which will release\u00a0on\u00a0Nintendo Switch.<\/p>\n

\u201cI supervised this game. I requested a lot, like \u2018make Ozen and Bondrewd look tougher, make them cooler, make these creatures more creature-like,\u2019 without really thinking about how much work it would be for the developers,\u201d Tsukushi explains.<\/p>\n

\u201cI can\u2019t wait to see all these powerful and cool characters beat up your original Cave Raiders. And I\u2019m looking forward to the release too! I\u2019ll play it when it comes out. The second season of the Made in Abyss anime will be coming out around the same time. At long last, the journey into the sixth layer, the land of no return, will begin. I hope you\u2019re excited to see it animated. I know I am! I\u2019ll keep working hard on the manga, so please read that too!\u201d<\/p>\n

The game has been based on the popular fantasy manga series, and will let you relive the experience of the anime in the \u201cHello Abyss\u201d story mode, while also being able to explore an original story in the \u201cDeep In Abyss\u201d mode \u2013 which has been supervised by Tsukushi.<\/p>\n

That story will take place many days after Riko and Reg depart for the Abyss, which is the world\u2019s sole remaining, unconquered chasm and the stage for where many adventures are born and sometimes disappear. With everyone aiming to descend to the depths of the netherworld, you will learn about a nameless Cave Raider.<\/p>\n
