Stardew Valley might be over half a decade old, but the mod scene is still going strong \u2013 and\u00a0the procession of mods is only likely to gain even more volume in the coming months. Stardew\u2019s creator Eric Barone said the next update is a\u00a0modder-friendly update, designed to make modding the game even easier with a new set of tools.<\/p>\n

Then there\u2019s the\u00a0Solid Foundations\u00a0project. This is both a framework and an ongoing effort to augment everything from processor capacity to adding an event theater.\u00a0It\u2019s all very useful, but the\u00a0best Stardew Valley mods\u00a0also include some just-for-fun creations, like the\u00a0ice cream truck mod\u00a0that adds a splash of flavor to every afternoon and a brand-new NPC to get to know.<\/p>\n
