Nintendo UK\u00a0has opened pre-orders for the Pok\u00e9mon Scarlet and Pok\u00e9mon Violet Dual Pack SteelBook Edition<\/strong>,\u00a0for those that choose to buy the upcoming\u00a0Nintendo Switch\u00a0exclusives from the\u00a0My Nintendo Store.<\/p>\n

The Dual Pack SteelBook Edition bundle is priced at \u00a399.99, and, if you hadn\u2019t already guessed, comes with a physical copy of Pok\u00e9mon Scarlet, Pok\u00e9mon Violet and a SteelBook case \u2013 although its design has not yet been revealed.<\/p>\n

These games are promised to \u201ctake a new evolutionary step in the Pok\u00e9mon main series,\u201d with players offered the chance to \u201cexplore an open world where various towns with no borders blend seamlessly into the wilderness.\u201d You will be able to see Pok\u00e9mon everywhere in this \u201cwide-open world,\u201d whether that be in the skies, in the sea or on the streets.\u00a0

Your character will have a different outfit depending on whether you are playing Pok\u00e9mon Scarlet or Pok\u00e9mon Violet, and you will be able to choose from three new starter Pok\u00e9mon before setting off on your journey \u2013 Sprigatito the Grass Cat Pok\u00e9mon, Fuecoco the Fire Croc Pok\u00e9mon, or Quaxly the Duckling Pok\u00e9mon.<\/p>\n

After their release, Pok\u00e9mon Scarlet and Pok\u00e9mon Violet will be able to link with Pok\u00e9mon HOME, a service that allows Trainers to keep their entire Pok\u00e9mon collection in one place. By linking these games with Pok\u00e9mon HOME, Trainers will be able to have Pok\u00e9mon from other regions adventure alongside them in Pok\u00e9mon Scarlet and Pok\u00e9mon Violet.<\/p>\n

Pok\u00e9mon Scarlet and Pok\u00e9mon Violet will release at retail and on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 18th November 2022.<\/p>\n
