Nouns DAO is seeing a noticeable spike in both volume and price for the Nouns NFT collection. Many will agree that the crypto space in general is experiencing somewhat of a slump, if not a full on bear market. Introducing: Nouns App for iPhone<\/h2>\n
Besides being one of the more solid NFT projects in the space, one of the reasons for the recent spike is the introduction of its mobile app. Given that the Nouns collection drop every 24 hours, many community members would love to have a tool to help them keep track of the latest activities. This project, Proposal 6, is a 100 ETH project, ending with 16 FOR and 0 AGAINST votes.<\/p>\n
The Nouns App allows users to check out the latest NFTs on-chain, with additional metadata. It also has a built in Noun o\u2019clock, sending users important notifications throughout the day. On the fun side, the app allows users to create their own Nouns to use as their PFPs. This is similar to what we already have in the Nouns Playground.<\/p>\n
The team made sure to integrate the app with the Apple Watch. Now users can have a Nouns watch face and keep track of the Noun o\u2019clock countdown. Users can also customize how the Noun o\u2019clock is displayed on their watches.<\/p>\n
Who is Nouns DAO?<\/h2>\n
Nouns DAO is the DAO behind the generative PFP NFT, which generates only 1 NFT each day. Everyday, they will generate a 32\u00d732 pixel character based on people, places, or things. Under the existing structure, the team members will get 1 out of every 5 NFTs, and the rest of the proceeds go directly into the DAO. As opposed to the mass NFT drops such as most 10k PFP projects, this approach mitigates the risk of rug pulls.<\/p>\n
In other news, the team recently announced the Lil Nouns NFT collection. This is basically a mini version of the OG Nouns. Personally, I think they\u2019re much cuter.<\/p>\n
