Microsoft has invested a lot of resources in its Xbox Cloud Gaming service. The tech giant has constantly restated its intention to make the Xbox brand reach as many gamers as possible. <\/p>\n

In this endeavor, the company acquired Activision Blizzard for $68.7 billion <\/strong>early this year. However, even if Microsoft has the games, it needs to reach as many platforms as possible.<\/p>\n

A new report confirms Microsoft aims to continue this expansion through a dedicated streaming device for Xbox Cloud Gaming. <\/p>\n

A recent Windows Central report confirms Microsoft is actively working on a streaming device dedicated to the Xbox Cloud Gaming service.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to this report, this HDMI device is codenamed Keystone.<\/strong> Furthermore, it would run Xbox Game Pass and support the Xbox Cloud Gaming service.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This would continue recent efforts to boost the service, like adding Fortnite on the Xbox Cloud Gaming service available for free<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

However, the report adds that a Microsoft spokesperson confirmed this hardware is still a work in progress<\/strong>. In addition, the spokesperson stated some further iterations of this product are needed before taking it to the market.<\/p>\n
