The last Live Event was back in December 2021, with Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 seeing the island flipped over. And it now seems that a new event is set to release. <\/p>\n

Everything seems to be pointing at a Live Event occurring at the end of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2. However, Epic Games hasn\u2019t confirmed anything just yet.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Plenty of leakers shared datamined information with Live Event strings, a countdown that appears in the main lobby, and more leaks with the Fortnite v20.40 update. <\/p>\n

The latest content update also brought a new POI called The Collider in Fortnite. This POI is the IO\u2019s Doomsday Device, which has been a major part of the latest season\u2019s story. <\/p>\n

And while Epic Games haven\u2019t confirmed the Live Event just yet, a teaser was shared on the @FortniteGame Twitter account. It shared a stuttering video, which ends with the icon of a bear\/mech.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s very likely that Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2\u2019s Live Event will begin on June 3. This is when the Battle Pass for the latest season expires. <\/strong><\/p>\n
While we don\u2019t have the exact time of when the event will start yet, we know that a countdown exists in the files. This means that players will see a timer in-game for when the event will begin. <\/p>\n
