As you explore the world of V Rising<\/em>, you\u2019ll pick up tons of loot and increase your gear score. The problem, however, is that there\u2019s nothing else that you can do with your old items unless you throw them away or hand them to servants. Thankfully, you\u2019ll soon discover a means of getting back some resources. Here\u2019s our V Rising<\/em> guide to help you dismantle items to reacquire materials using The Devourer.<\/p>\n

V Rising<\/em> guide: How to dismantle items for materials using The Devourer<\/h2>\n

To build The Devourer and dismantle gear in V Rising<\/em>, you\u2019ll need to defeat a boss named Lidia the Chaos Archer. She can be tracked via the Blood Altar, but you do need to have 20 gear score or higher.<\/p>\n

If she shows up on the list, go ahead and track her. You\u2019ll find her patrolling along the path between the small Bear Territory and Bandit Camp areas in Farbane Woods. Both of these locations are southwest of Bandit Copper Mine which you\u2019ve likely visited earlier.<\/p>\n

Lidia the Chaos Archer is somewhat similar to Keely the Frost Archer. She\u2019ll try to keep her distance while peppering you with shots. Here are her two notable abilities:<\/p>\n

\n
• Triple Shot \u2013 Fires three arrows in quick succession.<\/li>\n
• Chaos Bolt \u2013 Circular outlines will appear on the ground. These will explode one after another.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  The kicker is that her attacks will cause the Chaos Burn affliction that makes your health dwindle. Try to play it safe and use restorative abilities when you can.<\/p>\n

  <\/p>\n

  Defeat Lidia the Chaos Archer and feed on her to acquire the Chaos Bolt ability and The Devourer Blueprint. You\u2019ll find the latter in the build menu\u2019s Production \u2013 Refinement tab, and it requires 12x Plank and 6x Copper Ingot.<\/p>\n

  Once constructed, just place any item that you no longer need inside it. After a few seconds, it\u2019ll chew through your discarded equipment and return a portion of the raw materials that were used in crafting (i.e., Animal Hide, Stone, Lumber, and more).<\/p>\n

  Note:<\/strong> If you don\u2019t want to dismantle your gear, you can get your controlled servants to equip them.<\/p>\n
