Keep smashing<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s a good idea to smash all of the rock that you can. There\u2019s often hidden items and extra gems scattered around the layers, and the more you smash the more you\u2019re going to get. You need to hack out all of the rock to move down anyway, so just mash it all and grab everything.<\/p>\n

Green is correct<\/h2>\n

When you\u2019re placing the bones in the dinosaur lab and you\u2019re not sure where they go, move them around the skeleton. When they\u2019re close to where they need to be a green outline will appear. Slide the bones close to that and they\u2019ll snap into place. Keep doing that until you\u2019ve got yourself a dinosaur.<\/p>\n

Hit the bombs<\/h2>\n

Hitting the bombs \u2013 you\u2019ll sometimes see them peeking up from the rock \u2013 will make them explode. That might sound like a bad thing, but it\u2019s actually a very good thing. An exploding bomb will clear out a huge patch of rock and let you work through a level much quicker. Smack \u2018em good.<\/p>\n

Gems carry over<\/h2>\n

The gems you pick up on one level are still going to be there when you get to the next, so you don\u2019t have to worry about converting them into cash before you move on. In some games that isn\u2019t the case, so we figured it was worthwhile pointing it out so you\u2019re not cashing in when you don\u2019t need to.<\/p>\n

Use the boosts?<\/h2>\n

You\u2019ll sometimes find boosts in the layers of rock that you\u2019re smashing through. The first time you find them they\u2019re free, after that you\u2019re going to have to watch a video to use them. There\u2019s not a whole heap of point in unlocking them, though. They don\u2019t last very long and you can clear almost as much if you don\u2019t have to down tools to watch the ad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
