Arc System Works recently announced that the upcoming beat \u2019em up RPG River City Saga: Three Kingdoms will release on July 21 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam, priced at $29.99.\u00a0 <\/span>River City Saga: Three Kingdoms is based on the popular game Downtown Special: River City Historical Drama!, where the River City characters enter China\u2019s Three Kingdoms period and take on roles set within the historical tale, Romance of the Three Kingdoms<\/em>. The game will launch with an all-new 4 player Co-op mode, titled \u201cHeroes of the Three Kingdoms: Battle of Red Cliffs,\u201d and will have a total of 24 playable characters, with 9 new playable characters.<\/span><\/p>\n

The River City cast of characters step onto the stage of the Three Kingdoms to wreak havoc! This title takes the concept of the beloved Downtown Special: River City Historical Drama! game and crosses international lines to tell the tale of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms.<\/span><\/p>\n
