After Snoop Dogg, we have another famous duo of stoners announcing a partnership with the Sandbox. Cheech & Chong finally enter the metaverse with an exclusive Sandbox experience and NFTs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The announcement was made on April 20 (4\/20) that the comedy duo would join The Sandbox and offer an exclusive experience called \u201cMy Homies by Cheech & Chong\u201d. In the experience, we will find the duo\u2019s famous vehicles, looks, props, vehicles, and, of course, voxelized cannabis. The cannabis counterculture is strong in the NFT space, we saw it with the recent release of Metawana, a farming and PvP game rooted in the same universe.<\/p>\n

Tommy Chong and Cheech Marin are not only comedians. They are also art enthusiasts and cultural icons for a whole generation. Here are quotes from the duo about their entry into the metaverse.<\/p>\n
