Release earlier<\/h2>\n

It can be tempting to keep your finger pressed down for as long as possible, but you want to release it well before you\u2019ve reached the bottom of one of the curves. Press down again to dive down and hit the apex of the next ramp and then repeat the process.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Work the curves<\/h2>\n

Pay attention to the kind of curves and ramps you\u2019re dealing with. Some are almost vertical, others offer a more rolling terrain. You\u2019ll need to adjust your angle of approach accordingly, making sure you\u2019re hitting the curve to catch it just right and continue your roll unimpeded.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Aim to multiply<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s also important to try and hit the gates that are going to get you more balls. More balls means a higher score at the end of the level. You don\u2019t have to hit every gate \u2013 in fact sometimes that\u2019s impossible \u2013 but look for the ones you can reach and try to exploit them for as many balls as possible.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Keep upgrading<\/h2>\n

Keep spending the gold you earn on upgrades at the start of the levels. These will add more balls or more end-of-level boost and put you in the best position to keep getting higher scores. Sometimes you\u2019ll have to watch a video to unlock an upgrade level, but it\u2019s worth it in the long run.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Get the skins?<\/h2>\n

You can unlock skins by watching videos or spending gold. The new skins are entirely cosmetic and don\u2019t add any new skills or tricks to your repertoire. If you want them, then by all means unlock them. But you should be focusing your gold spending on new upgrades if you want to get the best scores.\u00a0<\/p>\n
