MINNEAPOLIS — Rain delayed the Detroit Tigers for the third time throughout their ongoing street journey.
The Tigers and Minnesota Twins entered a rain delay Friday, Aug. 15, earlier than beginning the second of 4 video games within the sequence at Goal Area.
First pitch was initially set for 8:10 p.m. ET. The sport received underway at 8:36 p.m., following a 26-minute delay attributable to inclement climate.
The Tigers scored five runs in the first inning.
